This set is a wonderfull collection of early 1950s commemoratives. The building of the set began in 2007 and was able to find 30% of the set for an average of 98.77. In 2008, the set was completed and now holds 34 of the available 37 stamps graded 100. The set average is 99.58 and is 99.86% of the maximum available set average of 99.72. This set was inducted into the "Hall of Fame" in 2009. One new 100 added in 2010 for set average of 99.63.
