  "it is a genuine coil single on a picture postcard tied by a black Indianapolis, Ind. Aug 31, 1911 c.d.s. and wavy line machine cancel - the stamp with a corner crease and 0.8 mm tear at the bottom left; however, DECLINE OPINION whether the coil is Scott No. 352 or 387 as the type of watermark cannot be determined until the stamp is lifted from the card."
