  "it is a genuine usage, with a Scott No. 65, on a cover to Providence, R.I., tied by black PAID in lozenge cancels, with a red double circle Boston, Mass. c.d.s. at the left - the Scott No. 63 stamp with a natural straight edge at the left and a 1.4 mm tear at the top right - the cover with a missing back flap, pencil doodling all over the back and pencil and ink doodling all over the front, including pencil doodling on the stamps."
