  "it is a genuine usage on cover from Providence, R.I. to Plymouth, N.H., the right stamp cancelled by a black grid at Providence, with a red double circle Providence, R.I. c.d.s. at the left, then forwarded back to Providence, with a second stamp that is tied by a black target cancel with a matching Plymouth, N.H. c.d.s. at the left - the right stamp with a natural straight edge at the left - the cover with tears and two pieces missing at the top and with the back flap mostly missing."
