  "it is a genuine unused, with disturbed o.g., top margin Plate No. 57, Imprint and letter L block of eight, a thin in the selvage a crease at the bottom affecting the three bottom left stamps and ending in a tear in the bottom left stamp and the selvage slightly reduced."
